Svarog made a presentation at the IV Scientific and Practical Workshop “Organization and execution of underwater engineering works at offshore and transport facilities of Gazprom”

From April 12 to April 13, Gazprom VNIIGAZ hosted the IV Scientific and Practical Workshop "Organization and execution of underwater engineering works at offshore and transport facilities of Gazprom", at which Svarog presented a report on the topic: “Modern methods of inspection of offshore main pipelines”.

On the example of projects implemented by the company, project manager Osipov D.A. spoke about modern methods of inspection of the coastal section of pipelines, as well as methods of inspection of cathodic protection of pipelines used by Svarog in its work. Methods such as:

– CIPS (Close Interval Potential Survey);

– DCVG (Direct Current Voltage Gradient);

– Trailing wire.
